    High Power Heat Pump - Magma
    200 – 1.000 kW

    The thermodynamic processes behind the chiller technology entail that wherever cold is generated, heat arises as well.
    KKT chillers makes best use of this correlation with the MAGMA series of compact high power heat pumps in the performance range of 200 – 1,000 kW,
    which focuses primarily on the utilization of generated heat.

     

     

    • The use of High Power Heat Pumps can increase the energy efficiency by up to 50%.
    • Almost every process which has to be heated and cooled at the same time can be considered as a rewarding application for High Power Heat Pumps.
    • Thereby energy is extracted on a low temperature level from the cooling area and returned on a higher level into the heating area of the application – that means that the energy remains in the system.
    • Due to the fact that for the simultaneous generation of heating and cooling based on High Power Heat Pumps  just one device is needed, the capital costs, the operating costs an the maintenance costs for additional machines based on gas or oil can be saved.
    • Furthermore the consumption of raw materials such as gas, oil but also the water consumption of the process itself can be reduced or even stinted completely.
    • The use of High Power Heat Pumps not only reduced the environmental impact but can receive also subsidizations and saves  money within a payback time of less than 1 year.
