ait-deutschland GmbH, a leading European supplier of sustainable energy solutions, has appointed Sjacco van de Sande and Volker Einhäuser as Managing Directors for ait-deutschland. Sjacco van de Sande will strengthen ait’s management team in which also Marco Roßmerkel (Managing Director since March 2019) and Volker Einhäuser (previously head of Production, Logistics and Purchasing) have a leading position.
Sjacco van de Sande will join ait-deutschland on September 1st, 2020 as Managing Director. The native Dutchman brings over 20 years of experience in the HVAC business with him. He previously worked for renowned HVAC companies around the world as CCO of Ideal Stelrad Group and Vasco Group and more recently as Managing Director of Sales & Marketing of ACV NV and CEO of the Triangle Tube organization in the US. In his last position as CEO he managed all activities of Deinzer + Weyland GmbH in Germany.
With the appointment of Sjacco van de Sande and Volker Einhäuser, the structure of ait´s management team is to be changed. We will continue with three Managing Directors responsible for three different fields of expertise. In that matter we will grow to a specialist driven organization that is fit to face new market challenges. The new team leading ait Germany will consist out of the following persons:
Marco Roßmerkel - Managing Director already since March 2019. His focus and specialism are Finance, IT and HR.
Volker Einhäuser – His focus as a specialist remains, as he stays responsible for Production, Logistics and Purchasing.
Sjacco van de Sande – As a new member of the management team his primarily focus will be on Sales, Marketing and Services.
