We are still available for you!

ait-deutschland GmbH supports the planned measures of the German Federal Government to combat the coronavirus.
For this reason, most of our employees are working from home until further notice.

We discontinued customer traffic at our Kasendorf site in order to protect our customers and employees. Of course, we are still available for you by telephone and e-mail. You can reach your usual contact persons under the familiar telephone numbers and e-mail addresses. If our staff cannot be reached immediately by telephone, please try again or send us an e-mail.

With regard to the delivery of goods, the production and logistics management departments continue to work to ensure that the availability of equipment, accessories and spare parts is maintained throughout. If availability problems become apparent, we will inform the affected customers accordingly and seek alternative solutions.

In addition to that our complete service team is available for you at the known telephone numbers and will continue to support you in case of questions and problems.

Until further notice, our service technicians will - as far as possible and under observance of all hygiene measures - make on-site visits. In this context we would also like to draw your attention to our Augmented Support via App again:

Our procedure is based on the recommendations of the authorities. For this reason, we send the clients for service assignments an information sheet in advance with information on the hygiene instructions for our service technicians and service partners, as well as questions on the infection status of the contact person. The service technician will take this form with him to the customer and have it filled out by the contact person. This serves to protect our employees and partners.

Service calls on site are prioritized so that we can cover especially not working cooling solution. We want to maintain this as long as this is in accordance with the authorities.

A prioritization is also carried out for maintenance within the scope of existing maintenance contracts. Here we will mainly focus on systems with mandatory leakage tests. We ask for your understanding that maintenance work from this year may have to be postponed to the next calendar year.

We are currently discussing further services such as already agreed function checks or commissioning with the customer on a case-by-case basis. Our aim is also to provide customers with a good service and at the same time protect our employees.

The spare parts supply is currently fully operational. However, we all know that we are in fast-moving times, which is why we monitor the situation inside and outside Germany very closely every day.
